Brian’s professional dance career started at the age of 17 when he was chosen as one of the top 21 dancers in the US to tour the country with Hoctor’s Dance Caravan as a “Caravan Kid”.  After touring as a Caravan Kid, Brian continued his training with Gus Giordano of Chicago, Joffrey Ballet, Tremaine’s of Hollywood, as well as, the Broadway Dance Center of New York.  Brian received a full scholarship to the Oklahoma City School for the Performing Arts, and continued on to Southern Methodist University’s Meadows School of the Arts where he was awarded the Meadows School of the Arts Scholarship.  After leaving SMU, Brian continued his career dancing for several theme parks, appearing in numerous television shows, commercials, concerts, and dance instructional videos.

Brian’s choreography credits include:  Choreographer/Instructor for the American All- Star Dance and Drill Team Corporation (choreographers for Superbowl Pre and Half-time shows).  He has been the official choreographer for the Teen, Ms, and Mrs. Louisiana United States pageant for 4 years, and the Miss Louisiana State pageant for 2 years.  Brian was asked to choreograph the nationally televised Mrs. United States Pageant held in Las Vegas as well as the nationally televised US Miss pageant also held in Las Vegas.  After choreographing a production of the Wizard of Oz, Karl Slover, one of the original munchkins from the Wizard of OZ movie with Judy Garland proclaimed, “the choreography was the best I have ever seen since doing the original film.  The poppy and snowflake scenes were incredible!”

Brian has produced many national competition dance winners in solo, duet, trio and group production divisions.  He has had winners in the Miss Dance America pageant system as well as the last two Miss and Mr. Pre Teen Stars of Tomorrow winners.  He has been invited to tour the US with Dupree’s of Hollywood and again with Hoctor’s Dance Caravan, this time as an instructor.  Brian continues to teach dance throughout the US, and in his spare time enjoys choreographing for competitions, high school/college dance teams, and for young women in the Miss America Organization.
